A ceremonial meeting dedicated to Archivist’s Day was held at the Zonal State Archives in Novogrudok

On Archivist’s Day, October 6, 2025, a ceremonial meeting of the staff was held at the Zonal State Archives in Novogrudok.

Archive Director Alla Stepanovna Zabelinskaya congratulated all employees on their professional holiday and emphasized the importance of the archivists’ daily, painstaking work in enhancing and preserving the region’s documentary heritage. Natalia Nikolaevna Kalyuk, archivist in the Department of Document Safety, Recordkeeping, and Use, was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. Elena Evgenievna Oleshkevich, chief accountant, was recognized as the best employee of the year and included on the archival institution’s Honor Board.

During the event, a photo exhibition, «Archivist’s Day 2025: Our Holidays and Weekdays», was presented to those present. It summarized the work accomplished and reminded archivists of their fruitful work in 2025.

On this special day, Alla Stepanovna wished her colleagues success, creative ideas, boundless energy, outstanding achievements, new discoveries, and victories.
