A Remembrance Lesson at the Gomel Region Public Associations Archive

On September 18, 2025, a remembrance lesson, «Belarus is Strong in Unity!», dedicated to National Unity Day, was held at the State Archive of Public Associations of the Gomel Region.

Students of the Gomel State College of Consumer Services were reminded of the holiday’s historical roots and the events that preceded the fateful date of September 17, 1939, emphasizing its importance and significance in the socio-political life of modern Belarus.

The event included a screening of the documentary film «Reunification», produced by the Belarusian State Film, Photo, and Sound Documents Archive as part of the national «Open Film Archive» project.

The event concluded with a visit to the archival document exhibition «And Tomorrow Was Victory…» and a tour of the archive.
