The State Archives of the Vitebsk Region took 3rd place in the district competition for the best postcard for the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War

The award ceremony took place at a ceremonial event honoring the best enterprises and employees of the district, which launched the celebration of the 85th anniversary of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Vitebsk.

The State Archives of the Vitebsk Region took 3rd place among more than a hundred participants. The sketch of the postcard was developed by the Deputy Director of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region, Tatyana Buevich.
