Visit of the Deputy Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Aleksey Evgenievich Tsvetkov to the Zonal State Archives in Rechitsa

On July 18, 2025, the Zonal State Archives in Rechitsa was visited during a working trip by the Deputy Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Aleksey Evgenievich Tsvetkov and the Head of the Department of Organizational, Methodological, Registration and Archival Work of the Main Justice Department of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee Natalya Vladimirovna Sokolova.

During the educational tour of the archive, the honored guests got acquainted with the progress of work on the modernization of the archive’s façade and the work of archivists, visited the archive storage facilities, got acquainted with the most interesting documents identified in the archive’s funds by its employees, and the material and technical base of the archive. Their attention was presented to the work on the digitization of archival documents, collections of documents and archival reference books published by the Rechitsa State Archive. Also during the working visit, Aleksey Evgenievich monitored the preparations for the international meeting of the heads of archival services and archival institutions of Belarus and Russia, which will be held in Rechitsa in October 2025.
