On July 2, 2025, on the eve of Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus, as part of the celebrations dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, employees of the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno laid flowers at the monument to border guards and honored the memory of the fallen soldiers with a minute of silence.
