On the holding of a practical seminar by the employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Orsha» in the court of Orsha district and Orsha city

On June 12, 2025, in the court of Orsha district and Orsha city, the leading archivist of the department of formation of NAF of the State Archive in Orsha city Svetlana Kozhanova held a practical seminar on working with electronic documents and ensuring their storage.

During the seminar, the process of formation of electronic criminal, civil, administrative cases, as well as cases of general office work in the AIS SOYU system (automated information system of courts of general jurisdiction of the Republic of Belarus) was considered. The archivist of the court Lukoshkova I. informed about the plans of the court archive work on cardboarding of documents, carrying out work on the destruction of documents and cases that are not subject to storage.

In practice, the process of forming an electronic case was considered.
