On the holding of a practical seminar on working with electronic documents and ensuring their storage by employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Orsha»

On June 11, 2025, in the financial department of the Orsha District Executive Committee, the head of the department for the formation of the NAF of the State Archive in Orsha, Natalia Senkovskaya, held a practical seminar on working with electronic documents and ensuring their storage.

During the seminar, the department’s specialists familiarized themselves with regulatory legal acts and methodological documents in the field of archival affairs and office work, as well as a memo on compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of archival affairs and office work in terms of electronic document management and archival storage of documents in electronic form, electronic documents in organizations-sources of acquisition of state archives.

In practice, the process of forming an electronic case was considered.
