Congratulations on Victory Day and the birthday of the former director of the Zonal Archive in Lida

A good tradition has developed in the institution «Zonal State Archive in Lida» to congratulate Mikhail Iosifovich Balabanovich, the former director of the archive, veteran of the Armed Forces of the USSR, on Victory Day, as well as on his birthday, which he celebrates on May 9.

This year was no exception. On the eve of Victory Day, the archive employees visited Mikhail Iosifovich and congratulated him on his 93rd birthday and wished him many more years of service, optimism and love of life, support from family and friends.
