On the screening of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory» by the archive of public associations of the Gomel region

On April 24, 2025, on the eve of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, employees of the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Gomel Region» held an information event with a screening of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory» for 9th-grade students of the state educational institution «Gymnasium No.36 of Gomel named after I.Melezh».

During the event, a screening of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory» was organized for the students, created for the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents with the support of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.

Before the screening, the children were told about the main events of the Great Patriotic War, which are described in the film, about the feat of the multinational Soviet people, who brought the Great Victory closer.
