On the Day of Remembrance at BelNIIDAD

On April 21, 2025, a general meeting of the BelNIIDAD workforce was held as part of the Day of Remembrance dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.

The Day of Remembrance was organized in accordance with the decision of the Board of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated March 24, 2025.

Opening the event, the director of BelNIIDAD A.E. Rybakov noted that the events of the Great Patriotic War are largely reflected in the documents of the National Archival Fund of the country. This is not only evidence of destruction and losses, but also acts of heroic resistance, examples of fortitude and unwavering faith in victory.

The workforce of the institution watched the documentary film «History of the Great Victory», prepared by the staff of the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents based on the film documents stored in the archive.

Events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War will continue.
