Working visit of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Nikolaevich Kot to the institution «Zonal State Archive in Polotsk»

On April 11, 2025, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Nikolaevich Kot paid a working visit to the institution «Zonal State Archive in Polotsk».

During the meeting, the director of the archive Lyudmila Viktorovna Lazarenok introduced the honorary guest to the main areas of work of the institution, the working conditions of employees and the logistical support of archival activities.

Oleg Nikolaevich was interested in the issue of eliminating the debt on the acceptance of documents that are stored in organizations beyond the established period, and paid close attention to the organization of work on digitizing documents.

At the end of the meeting, Oleg Nikolaevich set the task of completing the major repairs of the building within the established time frame.
