Documentary exhibition for participants of the regional seminar «On the functioning of the «Single Window» services

On March 27, 2025, the regional seminar «On the functioning of the «Single Window» services was held at the Mogilev District Executive Committee. The event was attended by: Chairman of the Mogilev District Executive Committee Dmitry Mudrogelov, Manager of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee Nikolai Dedkov, Head of the Main Department of Justice of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee Andrei Stolyarov, Head of the Department of Mandatory Legal Expertise, Coordination of the Activities of the «Single Window» Services, Archives and Records Management of the Main Department of Justice of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee Yulia Klintsova, managers of affairs and heads of the «Single Window» services of the Mogilev Region.

As part of the event, the State Archives of the Mogilev Region institution presented a documentary exhibition of the most interesting documents from the archive’s collections: personal files of students and teachers of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy, filtration and verification files of Soviet citizens driven into forced labor in Germany during the Great Patriotic War, documents from the collection of personal collections.

Those present were also able to see the banner exhibition «Again, let’s look closer to the past», created on the basis of archival documents and photographs. The exhibition is dedicated to the period of defense, occupation and liberation of Mogilev during the Great Patriotic War. A separate part of the exhibition tells about the period of post-war reconstruction of the city.

The presented documents aroused keen interest among the seminar participants.
