The «Archives for School» campaign in the zonal state archive of Baranovichi continues

On February 20, 2025, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign, the zonal state archive in Baranovichi was visited by 6th-grade students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.12 named after Hero of the Soviet Union I.K.Kabushkin of Baranovichi», where they were introduced to a virtual exhibition dedicated to the Hero of the Soviet Union, a native of the Baranovichi district, I.K.Kabushkin. As part of the lesson, archivists were able to involve young people in studying the biography of the Hero of the Soviet Union, which contributed to the formation of patriotic feelings and respect for the feat of the Hero. At the end of the lesson, the head of the Department of Preservation, Record-Keeping, Scientific Reference Apparatus, Use and Publication of Documents S.I.Lavrentyeva handed over copies of local government decisions on perpetuating the memory of Hero of the Soviet Union I.K.Kabushkin to replenish the funds of the school museum.
