Conducting a class of the «Young Archivist» club by the National Historical Archives of Belarus

On February 19, 2025, the next class of the «Young Archivist» club was held at the state educational institution «Secondary School No.27» in Minsk. Deputy Director of the National Historical Archives of Belarus Sergei Ryndin spoke to senior school students. The class was devoted to the history of military affairs on Belarusian lands in the 19th – early 20th centuries.

The participants of the club got acquainted with the service lists and photographs of military personnel, images of military insignia, uniforms and other documents. S.N. Ryndin also told the students about the organization of military service on the territory of Belarus in the pre-revolutionary period, military ranks, types of weapons.

The students participated in the work of the club with great interest, asked numerous questions.
