Meeting of the staff of the Belarusian State Film and Photo Documentation Archives on the results of work in 2024

On January 23, 2025, with the participation of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L.Voinov, a meeting of the staff was held at the Belarusian State Film and Photo Documentation Archives (hereinafter referred to as BGAKFPD), where the results of work in 2024 were summed up and tasks for 2025 were outlined.

In his report, the director of the archive A.N.Gonchar summed up the results in all areas of activity, noted the work of each department, assessed the work and outlined tasks for the coming period. Particular attention was paid to the issues of strengthening the material and technical base of the archive, personnel policy, and the main activities of the institution.

Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L.Voinov gave a positive assessment of the presented report, drew attention to the resumption of major repairs, noted the successes of the main activities of the archive, emphasizing competent work planning and the success of the projects implemented by the institution. At the same time, Oleg Leonidovich pointed out the need to strengthen the activities to provide the institution with personnel and personnel continuity. It was instructed to strengthen the work in this direction by continuing cooperation with school institutions, assigning graduating classes to the archive and organizing targeted training.

The final meeting of the archive ended with a ceremonial awarding of employees.

For exemplary performance of official duties, high professionalism, significant personal contribution to the implementation of the tasks assigned to the archival industry and based on the results of work for 2024, Gratitude was announced from the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

Borodako Irina Vasilievna, leading accountant;

Romanova Maria Dmitrievna, Head of the Department of State Registration and Scientific Reference Apparatus.

For conscientious work, high professionalism, exemplary performance of official duties and based on the results of work for 2024, the Certificate of Honor of the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents» was awarded to:

Aleshkevich Tatyana Ivanovna, Head of the Department of Organizational and Personnel Work;

Vaitekhovich Tamara Stepanovna, cleaner of office premises of the engineering and economic department;

Velikaya Nina Konstantinovna, leading archivist of the Department of Formation of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus;

Murashkina Olga Nikolaevna, Head of the Archival Storage of the Department of Preservation of Documents and Funds;

Yuran Pavel Vasilievich, leading archivist of the Department of Digitization of Documents.

Taking into account the results of work for 2024, the fulfillment of planned indicators, additional workload, work discipline, participation in public life, it was decided that the best young employee of the archive in 2024 was the leading engineer of the document digitization department, Tatyana Sergeevna Panasyuk, and the best department in 2024 was the department for the formation of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus.

After the final meeting, under the leadership of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L.Voinov, a working meeting was held with representatives of the construction, contracting, design and engineering organization on the progress of work at the facility «Major repairs with elements of modernization of internal engineering systems and floor finishing in the building of the BGAKFFD institution».
