January 27 – International Holocaust Remembrance Day
On January 23, 2025, on the eve of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, leading archivist of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region Svetlana Myasoedova gave a lecture for members of the International Public Association «Mutual Understanding» about the activities of Einsatzkommando 9 and Alfred Filbert in Vitebsk in August – October 1941.
