Employees of the Zonal State Archive in Rechitsa participate in early voting in the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus

From January 21 to January 25, 2025, early voting of citizens in the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus is underway in the country. Employees of the Zonal State Archive in Rechitsa also came to the polling stations to fulfill their civic duty. On the first day of early voting, 85% of the institution’s staff cast their votes in the elections. The employees of the Rechitsa State Archive commented on their participation in early voting as follows: «We made our choice a long time ago, so why wait for Sunday?».

Participation in the voting is the civic duty of everyone, a manifestation of sincere patriotic feelings for their homeland, concern for its well-being. That is why our archivists did not ignore the elections, but went to the polling stations to vote for their future.
