December 4, 2024 BelNIIDAD held an off-site training seminar for employees of the Belneftekhim concern on the topic «New in the Rules for the Operation of Archives of State Bodies and Other Organizations. Legal regulation of the sphere of appeals of citizens and legal entities. Features of consideration of certain types of appeals».

The seminar, organized in cooperation with the Department of Organizational and Information Work and Control of the Belneftekhim concern, was attended by employees of the office work and archival services of the central office of the concern, enterprises and divisions included in it. The speakers from BelNIIDAD were the director of the institute, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor A.E.Rybakov and the leading researcher of the documentation department, candidate of historical sciences E.P.Dernovich.

The seminar considered three main thematic blocks of issues.

Within the framework of the topic «Legal regulation of the sphere of appeals of citizens and legal entities. Features of consideration of certain types of appeals» considered issues of legislation on appeals of citizens and legal entities; types of appeals that do not fall under the provisions of the Law; work in the system «Appeals.bel»; features of consideration of certain types of appeals: repeated, collective, anonymous, oral, appeals within the framework of «hot» and «direct» telephone lines»; the procedure and terms for consideration of appeals of citizens and legal entities; liability for violation of legislation on appeals of citizens and legal entities.

Within the framework of the topic «New in the Rules for the work of archives of state bodies and other organizations» considered issues of legislation regulating the work of archives; the main documents that must be drawn up in the archive of the organization, the procedure for their coordination, approval; the procedure for the preparation and transfer of cases to the archive of the organization; organization of examination of the value of documents, including documents in electronic form.

Within the framework of the topic «Organization of archival storage of electronic documents», the issues of functional requirements for the AS of the preschool educational institution and information systems of the archives of organizations, the procedure for preparing and transferring electronic documents for storage in the AIS «Departmental Archive», the timing and algorithm for transferring electronic files to the IS AED (for organizations – sources of acquisition) were considered.

The participants of the seminar highly appreciated the level of the event, emphasizing the importance and relevance of the issues discussed at the seminar, expressed gratitude to the lecturers and organizers.

Conducting seminars and other training events organized by BelNIIDAD within the framework of the implementation of the instructions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to explain the norms of legislation in the field of archival affairs and record keeping will be continued.
