On the participation of the Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus in the dialogue platform
On November 27, 2024, the dialogue platform «Memory of Generations: Partisan Archive» was held in Minsk Secondary School No.62, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders. As part of the «Archives to School» campaign, the Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, PhD in History S.V.Kulinok took part in the event. He presented a report on the topic «Partisans in Operation Bagration».
The first deputy chairman of the International Public Association «Federation of Martial Arts», Honored Coach of the Republic of Belarus, grandson of the chief of the Belarusian headquarters of the partisan movement P.Z.Kalinin P.M.Kalinin and the USSR Labor Veteran R.F.Kobyak also spoke to the school students. The participants of the dialogue platform were presented with a banner exhibition «The Land of Courage and Glory», as well as newsreels on the history of the partisan movement from the funds of the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents.
