«Archives – school»: lecture at Rechitsa Agricultural College
On November 13, 2024, as part of the Archives – School campaign and on the eve of the Day of Workers of Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Agro-industrial complex (November 17), the Zonal State Archive in Rechitsa held a lecture on the topic «Man and Earth» at Rechitsa State Agrarian College. With great interest, the students listened to the biography and got acquainted with the documents of the founder of the archive – Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Alexandrovich Konyakin, who graduated from the agricultural college (at that time – zoovettechnikum), and headed the collective farms «New Way-Agro» and «Soviet Belarus» in Rechitsky district. Due to his contribution to the development and achievement of high performance in these farms, attentiveness and hard work, A.A.Konyakin is a worthy example for young workers in the village.
