Screening of the film «Liberation» in Rechitsa Secondary School No. 6 named after S.V. Sych

On August 20, 2024, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign and events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, a film lecture for students of grades 6-7 was held at Rechitsa Secondary School No. 6 named after S.V. Sych. Before the screening of the BGAKFFD documentary film «Liberation», archivists of the ZGA in Rechitsa informed the children about the fierce battles of the Soviet troops against the Nazis in the Gomel region, called for preserving the memory of the war and passing it on from generation to generation, noting that without knowledge of the past there is no future.
