Meeting of the BGAMLI team on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Institute of the Presidency of the Republic of Belarus

On July 15, 2024, at the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as BStAMLA), a meeting of the staff of the archive-museum was held, at which events in the country and abroad were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Institute of the Presidency of the Republic of Belarus.

At the meeting, the director of BStAMLA, E.A.Makarenko, made a report, in which she spoke about the history of the formation of the Institute of the Presidency of the Republic of Belarus and the path our country has taken over the course of 30 years: from the economic crisis to food security, the construction of nuclear power plants and the exploration of space. In addition, there was a viewing of the documentary video film «On the Presidential Path», prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents together with the Television News Agency as part of the «Open Access» project.
