On the participation of the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the State Institution «National Archive of the Republic of Belarus» in events dedicated to the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People

On June 21-22, 2024, the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the State Institution «National Archive of the Republic of Belarus» T.A. Shevchenko took part in events dedicated to the Day of National Remembrance of the victims of the Great Patriotic War and the genocide of the Belarusian people in the city of Brest.

As part of the delegation of the Minsk City Trade Union of Workers of State and Other Institutions, headed by its chairman V.I.Zubrik, T.A.Shevchenko together with 40 other chairmen of trade union organizations of the branch trade union, they honored the memory of the victims of the Great Patriotic War and the genocide of the Belarusian people at a requiem meeting.

The rally and a number of other events took place on the territory of the Brest Fortress, which was one of the first to take the blow of the German army on the morning of June 22, 1941 and became a symbol of courage and heroism.
