Thematic lesson «Archive – today»
On June 14, 2024, for students of the summer health camp of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No. 1 of Mozyr» in the amount of 20 people, the following thematic lesson «Archive – Today», a sightseeing tour to the state archive storage room and a tour of the exhibition of archival documents «Natives of the Mozyr Region – Heroes of the Soviet Union.» During the event, the children were shown videos: «Institution «Zonal State Archive in Mozyr» and «Organization of the work of the archive reading room.»
As part of the project «Open Film Archive. We brought this day closer as best we could», dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, students were shown a full-length documentary film «Liberation», prepared by the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents».
