Archivists of the Vitebsk region improve their skills

On May 30, at the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region, a seminar was held for directors of state, city and district archives of the region on the topic «On some issues of improving the work of archival institutions». At the seminar, issues of implementing administrative procedures, accounting for the disposal of documents from the archive and filling out basic and auxiliary accounting documents in this regard, the Instructions for office work in government bodies and other organizations in the new edition, etc. were discussed.

Archivists shared their experience in assessing the value of personnel documents, taking into account changes in legislation.
