On holding a film lecture by the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region»

May 3, 2024 at the Rodina cinema in Mogilev as part of the project «Open Film Archive. We brought this day closer as best we could», a film lecture was held for primary school students of state educational institutions «Secondary School No.21 of Mogilev», «Secondary School No.31 of Mogilev» and «Secondary School No.1 of Mogilev». During it, the documentary film «Biography of my country» was shown. Minsk», prepared by the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents» (Dzerzhinsk).

Before the start of the session, the head of the department of information, publication, use of documents and the formation of the NAF institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region» Tatyana Shevchik addressed the audience with a presentation of archival documents relating to the liberation of the city of Mogilev, and also spoke about the project «Open Film Archive. We brought this day closer as best we could», which is carried out in pursuance of the Plan for the preparation and holding of festive events for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 2023 No.316.
