On April 25, 2024, employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region took part in the opening of a photo exhibition
An exhibition of photographs by TASS military photojournalist Evgeniy Khaldei «Victory Banner» opened at the Vitebsk Regional Museum of Local Lore; it presents photographs that have become classics of world photography. Participants of the event laid flowers at the memorial sign at the site of the execution of Soviet patriots during the Great Patriotic War, located in front of the entrance to the regional museum.
