Implementation of the Republican action «Archives for School» in BGAMLI

On April 25, 2024, as part of the Republican action «Archives for School», an excursion was held at the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art for 10th grade students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.72 of Minsk named after V.I.Artyomov».

Students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the rich collection of BGAMLI, valuable documents and objects.

On the excursion, schoolchildren learned about the creative path of famous writers, poets, artists and musicians, whose works and creative findings are stored in the archive-museum.

In addition, the children learned about the work of archivists and researchers who care about the preservation and transmission of the heritage of Belarusian culture to future generations.

The excursion was an interesting and educational experience for the students, allowing them to deepen their knowledge of the history and culture of their country.
