It was stated that the General Contractor is obliged to ensure that all preparations are carried out in full before hot work is carried out (instructions, preparation of workplaces, informing the Customer about the place and timing of work, etc.), registration of work permits for hot work , and ensuring control by work producers during hot work and further monitoring for 3 hours of the condition of work sites. He said that for all cases of violation of fire safety rules, administrative measures will be taken against the culprits in accordance with current legislation. At the conclusion of his speech, E.A. Shpakovsky gave a number of recommendations on the safe conduct of work and informed the heads of construction contracting organizations and engineers that employees of the Dzerzhinsky Regional Emergency Situations Department are always and at any time ready to provide assistance in organizing a fire safety system during construction and installation work.
