On participation in the republican action «Archives for School» of the institution «State Archives of the Mogilev Region»

On March 1, 2024, an information lesson for students was held at the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No. 4 of Mogilev», dedicated to the liberation and restoration of Mogilev after the Great Patriotic War, as well as the upcoming Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus.

During the event, the head of the enforcement department of the main department of justice of the Mogilev regional executive committee, Alexander Derevyago, made an opening speech to the audience. Then, archivist of the 1st qualification category of the department for the scientific use of documents and information, Alexey Shvyrev, spoke about the post-war restoration of the regional center, the documents stored in the archive and the specifics of the work of archivists. The schoolchildren were shown the documentary film «Open Film Archive. We brought this day closer as best we could».

At the end, students were able to ask the speakers all their questions.
