Tactical and operational exercises of the Minsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on the territory of BGAKFFD

On February 29, 2024, tactical and operational exercises of the Minsk Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus were conducted on the territory of the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents» within the framework of the school of operational and tactical skills.

During the exercises, personnel of the Dzerzhinsky Regional Emergency Situations Department were trained to extinguish fires in high-rise buildings, at potentially dangerous sites of historical and cultural value.

According to the exercise data, the archive conducted a planned practical training on evacuating employees, as well as practicing the actual extinguishing of a local fire by means of primary fire extinguishing using fire extinguishers.

A familiarization tour was organized for the participants of the exercise.
