On holding a reporting and election meeting of the primary trade union organization in the State Institution «National Archive of the Republic of Belarus»

On February 16, 2024, a reporting and election meeting of the primary trade union organization was held at the State Institution «National Archive of the Republic of Belarus». The chairman of the trade union committee, T.A. Shevchenko, made a report on the activities of the trade union committee from December 10, 2019 to February 16, 2024, and a member of the audit commission, N.S. Nartovskaya, gave a report on the work of the commission. After hearing these reports, the meeting voted to recognize the activities of the trade union committee as satisfactory.

Elected bodies were elected at the meeting. The trade union committee was replenished with three new members, and the audit commission – with two. Shevchenko T.A. was elected chairman of the primary trade union organization. The meeting voted to elect T.A. Shevchenko. a delegate to the reporting and election conference of the Minsk city organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Workers of State and Other Institutions and to the reporting and election conference of the regional association of trade unions.

The chief legal labor inspector of the Minsk city organization of the trade union of workers of state and other institutions, M.G. Zmitrovich, took part in the meeting, who highly appreciated the work of the primary trade union organization of the archive and the level of preparation of the meeting. On behalf of the Chairman of the Minsk City Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of State and Other Institutions V.I.Zubrik Zmitrovich M.G. awarded Shevchenko T.A. Certificate of honor from the Minsk city trade union organization.
