On participation in the framework of the republican action «Archives to School» in the Unified Information Day «School of an Active Citizen» – outstanding figures of science and education

On January 25, 2024, employees of the department for the use and publication of documents of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Molodechno» took part in the republican action «Archives to School» in the Unified Information Day «School of an Active Citizen» – outstanding figures of science and education for grades 9-10 of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.12 in Molodechno». The students were shown a presentation about the honored school teacher of the Byelorussian SSR, an excellent student of education in the USSR – Stepan Timofeevich Demeshko, director of secondary school No.6 in Molodechno (1962-1992), whose personal documents are stored in the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno «

Also during the lesson, students were shown the «Open Film Archive» project, created by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders.
