Visit of schoolchildren as part of the pilot project «Young Archivist»

December 14, 2023, as part of the republican action Archives to School and the pilot project Young Archivist, as well as events dedicated to the Year of Peace and Creation, with students 8 « A» class of secondary school No. 1 in Kobrin, a practical lesson was held on the topic «Scientific and technical processing of documents: formation and registration of files». During the lesson, the children learned what an examination of the value of documents is and how it is carried out in the archive, and they themselves tried to prepare files for storage. The filing and numbering of cases aroused keen interest among schoolchildren.
