Alexander Ivanovich collects and systematizes information on checkers composition, football and hockey. He is the author of a number of books. I was interested in those books that related to the city of Bobruisk. A couple of them I was able to watch «Bobruisk football in the BSSR» and about the history of Bobruisk hockey «We were the first». It was very pleasant to discover in them publications from the newspapers «Savetskaya Radzima», which are kept in the archives.
Alexander Ivanovich’s work on studying archive documents continues, we hope in the near future in a new edition we will be able to get acquainted with new facts about the development of sports in the Bobruisk region.
