BGAMLI continues cooperation with the Presidential Library of the Republic of Belarus

On October 03, 2023, the staff of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art visited the Presidential Library of the Republic of Belarus.

During the visit, the expert and methodological commission of the State Archival Institution considered the issue of accepting museum items in the fund No. 283, “Stanyuta Stefania Mikhailovna (1905-2000), actress, People’s Artist of the USSR” for permanent state storage.

To the International Day of the Archivist Lychagina Tatiana Anatolyevna, head of the User service department at the Residence of the President of the Republic of Belarus and the CIS Executive Committee, presented BGAMLI with a book by the famous genealogist Elena Korovchenko “In archival Search”, which contains information about some funds and fund-makers of the archive-Museum of Literature and Art.

As part of the Year of Peace and Creation, the staff of the Presidential Library conducted a tour of the art exhibition “Creative Laboratory of Lilia Nishchik” for the staff of the BGAMLI. The artist’s works are interesting in form and content, filled with deep meaning, which aims at reflection and arouses curiosity about the issues of human existence.
