On September 1, Director of the Zonal State Archive in Polotsk Lyudmila Viktorovna Lazarenok and trade union organizer Marina Mikhailovna Dichkevich congratulated the younger children of employees on the Day of Knowledge. First grader Anna Smorchkova was waiting for this day with special excitement, for whom the first school bell in her life sounded today.
