On July 17, the Belarusian State Archive of Cinema and Photo Documents was visited by a well-known sound engineer, producer Viktor Semenovich Mors.
Viktor Semenovich, a native of the Svisloch district of the Grodno region, graduated from the electrical engineering department of the Leningrad Institute of Film Engineers, worked as a sound engineer at the Belarusfilm film studio for over 20 years, and worked as the director of the Full House TV program on the RTR channel. Currently lives in Moscow. Viktor Mors is a multiple winner of the Belarusfilm studio award for the best work of a sound engineer, winner of the gold medal named after Yuri Tarich, known for his film works King Stakh’s Wild Hunt, A Wreath of Sonnets, the military drama Come and See and many others.
Viktor Semenovich got acquainted with the work of the archive, shared his experience with the archivists. An agreement was reached on long-term cooperation on the exchange of experience, as well as on the transfer for permanent storage of photographic documents characterizing the development of Belarusian cinematography.
