On the acceptance for temporary storage of 18 cases from the archives of the Bezdezhskaya Trinity Church

On June 19, 2023, the National Historical Archive of Belarus accepted for temporary storage for scientific and technical processing and the creation of digital copies of 18 files from the second half of the 19th – mid-20th centuries. from the archive of the Bezdezhskaya Trinity Church (Bezdezh – formerly a town in the Kobrin district of the Grodno province, now an agro-town in the Drogichinsky district of the Brest region). These are the confessional statements of the Bezdezhsky Trinity for 1860-1902. and Nikolaevskaya for 1881–1908. churches, books of marriage searches of the Bezdezhskaya Trinity Church for 1927-1938, metric records of births, marriages, deaths for 1939-1946, as well as some other documents. The introduction of these materials into scientific circulation will enrich the National Archival Fund of Belarus. After processing and scanning, digital copies of files from the archive of the Bezdezhskaya Trinity Church will be available to researchers in the archive reading room.

Priest Rostislav Bondarenko, rector of the Church of the Transfiguration in the village of Selets, Bragin district, Gomel region, handed over the documents for temporary storage to the NIA of Belarus, for which the archive expresses its sincere gratitude to him.
