On June 8, 2023, a meeting of archive workers was held at the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation.
The deputy director of the archive Yu.A.Naturyev delivered a lecture on the topic «Legislation in the archival sphere of the Republic of Belarus» to the employees.
In his speech, Yu.A.Naturyev emphasized that relations in the field of archiving and office work, taking into account new achievements in science and technology in terms of creating documents, organizing work with them and storing them, are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Archiving and record keeping in the Republic of Belarus» No. 163-З dated April 18, 2022
A list of standard documents was also considered, in which, by the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of January 11, 2023 No.1, documents on the protection of personal data were included.
