On June 8, 2023, the institution «Zonal State Archive in Lida» was visited by students of group 34B of the Lida College of the educational institution «Grodno State University named after Ya.Kupala». A patriotic education lesson was held for students on the topic «The Genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War and the post-war period» using the documents of the Zonal State Archive in Lida, a tour of the archive was organized with visits to exhibitions.

Students learned how documents are received in the archive for storage, how to quickly search for information among a large array of documents and archive funds, their safety and use.

The staff of the archive held a master class «School of a novice archivist» on the topic: «Preparing a case for storage in the archive».
