Solemn meeting at the National Archives
On May 26, 2023, a solemn meeting was held at the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the archive.
Director Andrey Konstantinovich Demyanuk spoke to the archive workers. In his speech, he noted the success of the work of the team, the importance of the tasks that archivists currently face. Demyanuk A.K. thanked the team for the work, expressed hope for the fruitful work of the team in the future.
Shevchenko T.A. also spoke to the staff of the archive. – Chairman of the trade union organization of the archive. She congratulated the staff of the archive, noted the role of the National Archives in shaping the historical and cultural heritage of our country, and invited the staff to take part in an excursion trip with a visit to the museum of folk architecture and life in the village of Ozertso, organized by the trade union committee especially for the birthday of the archive.
At the meeting, archive workers watched a documentary film (2017) made by the national film studio «Belarusfilm» for the 90th anniversary of the archive.
