On conducting an excursion within the framework of the republican action «Archives for School» by employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Molodechno»

On February 13, 2023, as part of the Republican campaign «Archives for School», employees of the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno conducted a thematic tour «Introduction to the Archive» for students of grade 8 «B» of the State Educational Institution «Molodechno Sanatorium Boarding School».

Employees of the Department for the Use of Documents told the history of the archive and archives, held a presentation of 3 mobile exhibitions – «Pages of the history of Molodechno», «Liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders», «History of the archive in documents and photographs», prepared on the basis of documents and archive materials , showed the repository and talked about the procedure for storing archival documents.

The students also visited the reading room, where they were able to write about their impressions of visiting the archive with a calligraphic pen and ink.
