On entering Kulink Svyatoslav Valentinovich on the Board of Honor of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

Svyatoslav Valentinovich Kulinok began his career in the archival industry in 2007, since 2020 he has been the head of the publications department of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus. S.V. Kulinok is the author of more than 150 scientific and popular science publications on archiving, history and local lore of Belarus, including the author’s monograph «Hitler’s minions. German reconnaissance and sabotage schools and courses on the territory of Belarus 1941-1944». On the initiative and with the direct participation of S.V. Kulinka in 2019-2021. a series of electronic collections of documents and materials «Partisan Archive», a collection of documents «Operational reports of the Belarusian headquarters of the partisan movement. January-July 1944» and a number of other publications. Under the leadership, in a short time, a series of six collections of documents «Without a statute of limitations. Belarus: the crimes of the Nazis and their accomplices against the civilian population in the occupied territory of the BSSR during the Great Patriotic War», which is actively used by the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Belarus in the investigation of the criminal case on the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War and is a powerful argument in resisting attempts to falsify history.

For his great contribution to the popularization of archival documents, active participation in scientific work and public life, Svyatoslav V. was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (05/25/2018), the Gratitude of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (11/19/2019) the Certificate of Honor of the Council of Ministers Republic of Belarus (07.10.2022).
