Trade union meeting in the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photo Documents»

On January 27, 2023, a reporting trade union meeting was held at the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photo Documents.

A report on the work of the trade union committee was made by the chairman, chief custodian of funds A.K.Kot. In his speech, it was noted that the trade union committee builds all its work on the principles of social partnership and cooperation with the administration of the archive, resolving all issues through a constructive dialogue in the interests of workers. Work was done to increase the coverage of membership in the trade union organization and one of the main tasks of the trade union committee was carried out – team building. In determining the directions of activity for the coming year, the trade union committee will have to work on the problems noted, try to make itself known more actively, about the role of the primary organization in the life of the team. A report on the activities of the audit commission was made by its chairman, head of the department of state accounting and scientific reference apparatus A.I.Mazgo.

The head of the institution, A.N.Gonchar, on behalf of the employer, gave a positive assessment of the activities of the trade union committee and called on the members of the team to participate more actively in trade union life.
