A general facility training was held at the State Archives of the Minsk Region
On November 14, 2022, a general object training was held in the State Archive of the Minsk Region on the topic «Actions of employees of the institution in emergency situations and on civil defense signals».
Guided by the general facility instruction on fire safety, a commission consisting of the director of the archive Romashko Yu.S., deputy director for organizational and methodological work Klimovich M.V., chief engineer Atroshchenko V.F., engineer for OT Vitushko V.A., head of the fire department squads Markevich L.S., chief specialist of the State Emergency Service and Civil Defense Department of the Partizansky district of Minsk Romanov A.V., head of the operational duty service of the District Department of Internal Affairs of the Partizansky district of Minsk Zoshchik O.A. conducted training sessions to work out the actions of employees and members of the fire brigade on the following issues:
– notification and collection of the management staff of the archive;
– actions of the archive administration in the event of a fire;
– actions of members of the fire brigade when extinguishing a fire;
– rendering first aid to the victim in case of fainting;
– actions of the administration upon detection of a suspicious item in the archive building.
