A meeting of the Board of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

A meeting of the Board of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus was held on July 25, 2022 to discuss the following issues:

1. On the progress of measures set out in paragraph 26 “Development of information technologies in archival management” to implement the instructions of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus following the appointment of the Minister of Justice on 18 October 2021 and on improving the System of Open Access to Documents of the National Archival Fonds of the Republic of Belarus

2. On work with appeals from citizens and legal entities in the Department and the central archival institutions in the first half of 2022

3. On improvement of ideological work in the central archival institutions

4. On the status of work on archival preservation of electronic records in state agencies and other organizations

The Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O. N. Kot took part in the work of the board.
