The Local State Archives in Zhlobin together with the Zhlobin Local Historical Museum prepared an exhibition «Post-War Reconstruction of Zhlobin Region»

The Local State Archives in Zhlobin, Gomel Region, according to the plan of events dedicated to the National Remembrance Day of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People, together with the Zhlobin Local Historical Museum prepared an exhibition «Post-War Reconstruction of Zhlobin Region».

The exhibition gives information about the damage caused by the Nazi invaders, the history of post-war restoration of the town, agriculture, industry, cultural institutions, the work of ordinary people on the revival of the town.

The exhibition presents a thematic selection of archival documents of the Zhlobin town and district executive committees, acts of damage caused by the Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War, as well as updated information on the crimes committed by the German invaders in the town and the district.

The exhibition will run until 3 July 2022.
