The State Archives of Minsk Region was visited by students of Novoe Pole State Agrarian-Economic College as part of the Archives for School campaign in the Year of Historical Memory
On 6 April 2022, as part of the educational practice in archival studies and the Archives for School campaign, the students of Novoe Pole State Agrarian-Economic College in the specialty “Document Science and Documentary Support of Management” visited the State Archives of Minsk Region.
The future specialists in records management had an overview tour, during which they learned about the history of the archive, its main activities and the work of its departments, and visited the archival repository, where they learned about the composition and specifics of storage of documents.
They also visited the reading room to view the archive documents reflecting the Nazi policy during the German occupation.
