Exhibition of awards “For service to the country and the people!” (on the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus)

The exhibition, prepared by the employees of the Department for Archives and Records Management, features about 200 medals, badges and insignia of ministries, departments, state bodies and organizations of the Republic of Belarus.

On the opening day, the exhibition was visited by a group of young employees of the Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who had completed the initial training course.

A. E. Tsvetkov, Deputy Director of the Archives and Records Management Department, delivered a welcoming speech, pointing out the exceptional importance of official heraldic symbols for the society and the state.

M. M. Yelinskaya, Leading Expert of the Organizational Work, Information and Document Use Division at the Archives and Records Management Department, spoke about the functions and tasks of the Heraldic Council under the President of the Republic of Belarus, detailed the structure of the exhibition and the exhibits presented on it, and answered the questions of the employees of the Security Department.
